We offer a variety of handyman services to make repairs to the inside and outside of your cabin and home.

Project management
→ We provide onsite project management for large projects by coordinating multiple contractors to ensure your project stays within your timeline and budget.
Boat Service (Available with Cabin Care+ Plan only)
Wet & Dry Dock Service
→ We will have your boat in the water waiting for you when you arrive at your cabin.
→ After your visit we will pull the boat out of the water and store it back in your garage, making sure it is ready when you arrive again.
Boat Fuel
→ Our fuel service program delivers fuel for your boat and water toys prior to your arrival.
Grocery Service (Available with Cabin Care + Plan only)
→ We offer a once-a-week grocery deliver service. Simply place a pickup order and we will deliver the order to your cabin. This is included in our Cabin Care +plan only
Cleaning
General Cleaning Service
→ Once per week general clean (mop floor, vacuum, wipe counters, bathroom).
UV Light Sanitation
→ We offer a whole room non-toxic sanitation process that kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria including COVID-19 using UV light. We have a residential and commercial application. This process uses a commercial-grade UV light with no chemicals to sanitize a whole room in 30 - 60 min depending on size (this is the same process hospitals use).
Miscelaneous Services
Foreclosure Clean Out
→ We provide full property clean out for lenders and listing agents to prepare the property for market placement. Expanded service areas to Rice Lake and Marshfield.
Security Checks
→ To ensure there is no damage and look for potential security threats to your property (not to replace alarm systems or other means of active security).
Pontoon Rentals
→ Weekly and daily pontoon rentals on Chetek Chain and Island Lake Chain through our Tikitoonz partner.
